Your health and safety information is displayed in a clear and engaging format. Once visitors read and acknowledge this, a personal label is printed. When leaving visitors simply scan the barcode on the label to sign out.
No matter how well you plan the worst can (and does) happen. When an emergency happens you can focus on evacuating, as VisitorRego will provide an up-to-the-minute report via smartphone. Or you can quickly print a report on plain paper or labels and see the time visitors signed in, their contact phone number, name of their host, if they require assistance and their planned location.
SMS / Email Notification
VisitorRego can send emails and/or SMS notifications when the visitor has arrived. Not only does this save your receptionist time, but the message is delivered even when the host is in a meeting or on the phone. A SMS can also be sent back to the visitor to let them know their host has been notified and contain further instructions if required.

Ensure Workplace Health & Safety
New Zealand legislation requires workplaces to inform visitors of potential hazards and, in the event of an emergency, be able to account for all occupants. The registration and report functions provided by VisitorRego allow you to exceed these requirements.
With the VisitorRego software you can quickly run reports and see who is currently on site and who was on site on a specific day or over a set time period. It’s easy to view induction expiry dates or create custom reports and export all information to Excel if necessary.
Our system allows you to keep track of keys and other assets as they are signed out. So you can easily see when an item hasn’t been returned and the contact details of the person it was issued to.
VisitorRego’s unattended function provides a welcome for visitors, alerts hosts when visitors have arrived and when couriers are waiting to drop off a package.
